Andrew Rappaport is a 2000 graduate of Elon University and a 2003 graduate of the University
of Baltimore School of Law. Upon graduating law school, Mr. Rappaport worked as an Assistant
State's Attorney in Saint Mary's County until he began working in the Calvert County State's
Attorney's Office in 2007. Mr. Rappaport handles the serious vehicular cases along with a
mixture of the violent crimes.
